Air Timor is East Timor’s only operating airline company, which provides regular scheduled services from Dili to Singapore and Dili to Bali under separate charter arrangements. Air Timor charters a SilkAir Airbus A310 for the Singapore-Dili route, and one Boeing 737-500 operated by Garuda Indonesia for the Denpasar-Dili route.

Air Timor ended services to Denpasar in January 2017.

Air Tanzania is an airline from Tanzania. Its official airport is Dar-es-Salaam Airport, the most populous Tanzanian city, one of Tanzania’s three international airports, the other being Zanzibar and Kilimanjaro. Domestic flights depart from Dar es Salaam.  Air Tanzania does not fly to Europe or America at this time. Within Africa it flies to Luanda, Johannesburg, Nairobi, Pemba, Maputo, Harare, Lusaka. The company is also set to start flying to Thailand and China by end of 2019.As October 2019 he airline’s fleet consists of 8 air planes.

Domestic Destinations

The airline flies to 10 domestic destinations within Tanzania which include cities such as Arush, Bukoba, Dar es Salaam, Dodoma, Kigoma, Mbeya, Mwanza, Tabora, Songea and Zanzibar City. Air Tanzania flies to all major cities, as well as numerous smaller airports:

International Destinations

Air Tanzania flies to a select number of international destinations, including Comoro, Burundi, Uganda, and (recently added routes) to South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia and India.

Baggage

Carry-on Baggage

Passengers are given a free carry-on baggage allowance of 7kg. No prohibited items are allowed onboard including items such as liquid over 100 ml.

Checked Baggage

Passengers are allowed up to 23kg of checked baggage in Economy Class and 30kg of checked baggage in Business Class. Baggage exceeding 32kg in weight would not be accepted by the airline due to international Health and Safety regulations.

Air Timor Check-In Information

Online Check-In

Air Timor do not currently have the facility to offer online check-in for their flights.

Airport Check-In

When departing from Dili airport (Nicolau Lobato International Airport), passengers should arrive at the airport 2 hours before their flight to allow sufficient time to check-in. The check-in counter MI295 is open 12pm-2pm local time.

For passengers departing Changi International Airport, Singapore, they should check in at counters 9 or 10, row 2 at Terminal 2 for MI 296 between the opening hours of 7am-8.45am.

For Eltari Kupang International Airport, Kupang, the check in counters are open fr 8B 118 between 9am-11am.
