Atlasglobal had a fleet of over 15 aircraft, with all planes manufactured by Airbus. The airline had models such as the Airbus A319, A320, A321 and A330.

Baggage regulations at AtlasGlobal

At Atlasglobal, passengers are allowed to carry on board a carry-on bag with a maximum size of 25 x 45 x 56 cm and a maximum weight of 8 kg. The exemption limit for excess baggage of Economy Plus Class, however, varies according to the respective route. For domestic flights and Ercan, Mykonos, Aktau, Almati, Astana and Kisinev flights, the limit is a bag of 20 kg. If you fly to or from London, you can give up to 25 kg. For Sulaymaniyah, Arbíl, Tehran, Jeddah, Tbilisi and Nizhnekamsk flights, the baggage exemption limit is 30 kg. When departing and / or arriving in Kuwait, passengers can pay a 40kg bag.

AtlasGlobal Web Check-in

Atlasglobal recommends that passengers on domestic flights check in at the counter at least one hour before departure and at least two hours prior to departure on international flights. For Iraq and Iran flights, passengers should be at the airport three hours before departure.

For domestic connections, the counters close 30 minutes before and on international flights one hour before departure. To avoid long waiting times, Atlasglobal offers self-check-in at the vending machine. On the Internet, passengers can check in online for up to 90 minutes before departure. This check-in service is only available for flights from Istanbul, Antalya, Izmir, Adana, Bodrum, Lefkosa, Tbilisi and Gaziantep.

For checking in via smartphone an app is available. If you check in mobile, you can also use the digital boarding pass with a 2D-Bardcode on your mobile phone.

Hub Airport

Istanbul Airport

Istanbul Airport was the main international airport in Turkey and the hub airport for Atlasglobal. The airport has one terminal, four runways and acted as the main gateway into the country. The airport opened in 2018 and has the capacity to handle 90 million passengers per year. Once fully completed, it was expected to be able to handle up to 200 million passengers per year.

Atlasglobal has used Istanbul Airport as its hub since the airport opened in 2018, having previously used Istanbul Atatürk Airport.

Onur Air and Turkish Airlines also use Istanbul Airport as a hub. Other airlines which fly to and from Istanbul Airport include Aegean Airlines, Aeroflot, Delta Airlines, EgyptAir, KLM, Korean Air, TAROM, Turkish Airlines and Uzbekistan Airlines.
